We service both the Travis and Williamson counties. As a long time resident and having first- hand knowledge of the area has played an important key on keeping up with residential leasing market. Our rates are fair market we charge a 10% property management fee of the monthly rent.  As owner of TSR Leasing and in real estate for nine years, I have enjoyed meeting clients and tenants as I build relationships through hard honest work. Knowing what is required upfront make the difference at the end of each real estate transaction.
